Holly Wright is a Columbia-trained Executive Leadership Coach on her way to earning her Professional Certified Coach accreditation through the International Coaching Federation. She brings 15 years of experience in leadership development, performance coaching, and mindfulness to high-performing executives and emerging leaders across industries, ranging from startups and small businesses to multinational companies, as well as nonprofit organizations.

As a coach, Holly partners with clients to identify and transform familiar and comfortable patterns which impede individual and organizational performance and, in doing so, raises her clients’ self-awareness and accelerates their capacity to lead and communicate effectively in today’s fast-paced and highly competitive global market. She has a successful track record of helping executives manage themselves, their teams, and their organizations in an onslaught of rapidly shifting responsibilities and stakeholder expectations to prioritize next steps and move beyond self-limiting thought patterns and behaviors.

Holly specializes in executive integration, helping leaders successfully transition to a new role within their existing organization or in a new organization, rapidly accelerating the value they bring to the organization. By employing a model she developed based on her executive coach training at Columbia and executive education experience using evidence-based research practices from Ivy League business school professors, she partners with leaders to create a plan to adapt to and integrate with the culture and politics, develop credibility, engage key stakeholders, and establish themselves as a leader.

Through her coaching experience, Holly has focused on values-based coaching, helping her clients live and work more authentically and enhance their leadership presence using a strengths-based and positive psychology coaching approach. She is also a Licensed Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI)™ Consultant, a certified SOCIAL STYLE & Versatility® instructor, and has experience as an alpine snowboard coach, coaching athletes on the World Cup Circuit, and utilizes that unique experience to inform her performance coaching practice.
