Brandi Copeland is the founder of The Employee Experience Edit, a boutique advisory practice helping small and mid-sized businesses, HR professionals, and people leaders strengthen engagement, manager readiness, and retention. She spent more than 15 years leading employee experience initiatives inside some of the most complex organizations in the world, including The Walt Disney Company and Comcast NBCUniversal, and has also partnered with smaller professional services firms navigating growth and scale.
Across every environment, she saw the same pattern: well-intentioned programs built in isolation, managers promoted without preparation, and people left to figure it out on their own. She founded The Employee Experience Edit to fix that. Her work focuses on auditing the full employee lifecycle, closing the distance between what leadership thinks is happening and what employees are experiencing, and building the conditions where people are supported and performance becomes sustainable.
Brandi holds an MBA and is SPHR certified. She lives in Dallas with her husband and two giant dogs, Penny and Poppy. At her core, she believes happy employees are an excellent business strategy, and she’s built her entire practice around helping organizations get it right.
