Linda Trignano, a former corporate recruiter with AT&T, offers career coaching to individuals in transition as well as those looking to increase their career opportunities within their current positions. Linda offers coaching focusing on preparing you for the interview, including the online interview. She also provides unique and focused trauma, grief, and loss coaching to individuals, teams, and managers, helping them work through periods of loss and transition. This unique coaching draws on Linda’s experience in Human Resources, management, and grief facilitation. It addresses sensitive areas such as illness, death, significant change, and loss and how they impact the organization.
Linda is a certified corporate recruiter and trainer with over ten years in sales recruiting and hiring. She served as the subject matter expert at AT&T for sales hiring, instructing managers on how to hire and interview. Linda is a member of the Association of Training & Development. She holds an MS in Management -Training from Montclair State University, a BA in Communications from Ramapo College, a Human Resources Certification from Rutgers
