After growing up neurodiverse and fighting to get through school, Dan worked in three different industries over 20 years before finding his calling as a recruiter. Priding himself as a ‘voice for the voiceless,’ Dan now works to help those that have felt marginalized, understand their true value in work and life. Whether it is members of the neurodiverse community, women or minorities, Dan speaks to how individuals can step into their greatness while combatting the gender and racial wealth gap.
