Paul Cecala

Paul Cecala is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, work search author, and founder of Cecala Career Consultants. He has been coaching since 1999 and assisted over 3000 people in either changing careers or starting their professional lives. He Specializes in creating a project plan for your job search. He is often recognized for his strong listening skills and ability to help clients find work fast. He has been commended for his networking skills, interview techniques, and resume writing prowess.
Paul has helmed the adult continuing professional education programs for Fairleigh Dickenson University and the County College of Morris. Additionally, he has worked in Workforce Development through his local Chamber of Commerce and One-Stop Career Center.
Prior to career coaching, he spent 15 years in corporate aviation working for FlightSafety International, K-C Aviation, Jet Aviation, and ending as Vice President of Aircraft Charter Sales for Atlantic Aviation.
Paul Has his BS in Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to his GCDF certification, he was certified by The Five O’Clock Club. He lives in Morris County, NJ with his husband and teenage son.

This is an opportunity to network with people and to leverage each other's contacts. There will also be a discussion on job searching tips. The vast majority of jobs are found through networking. Come meet some new people and expand your network! Meets virtually on the first and third Thursday of each month 5-6:30pm ET. There is a small fee per session to participate.
