Wayne Public Library is a member of the PALS Plus System (Passaic County New Jersey Area Libraries) and participates in the Open Borrowing Program. Being a member of PALS Plus affords Wayne card holders access to the many other libraries in our system, while Open Borrowing expands the public access to many more libraries and their collections.
