✅ Create a very specific, targeted personalized connection request. ✅ Don't follow up right away - give it a day or so. ✅ Use at least one of your days on LinkedIn to just engage on other people's posts. ✅ It can be a bit too 'stalky' to connect with everyone who's viewed your profile unless you can find something in common with them. ✅ Uncle 'Al' is not the kiddies' pal.....Post engagement is down for everyone - focus on your posts' comments and make sure you to engage with those who've taken the time to write more than a word or two ✅Don't feel left out because you don't know about some new feature - some of us find out the way you do ✅There's nothing wrong with posting personal things from time to time if you feel comfortable doing that ✅As to the Open to Work banner, go for it. Let everyone know you're looking, but also make sure you let them know in your About Section.
